What You Will Be Doing Processing purchase orders, invoices, petty cash and credit card transactions day to day, keeping everything moving at pace. Checking every entry has proper authorisation before it goes anywhere near the finance system. Managing supplier relationships, sorting out queries as they come up and keeping payments running to terms. Helping put together the weekly payment run, with everything checked and authorised at each stage.
