What you''ll be doing As our Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, strategic development, and operational performance of the home. Working alongside a highly supportive senior leadership team, you will shape a child-centred, trauma-informed culture and mentor a dedicated team of staff to deliver outstanding outcomes. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children''s Homes Regulations 2015. Quality and Safeguarding: Maintain high-quality care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies while embedding robust safeguarding practices.
