This is a permanent role Salary £28,153 - £29, 542 + benefits 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm Flexible working arrangements available Part-time hours and alternative working patterns will be considered for the right candidate. You will work closely with other teams to help maintain buildings and grounds to the highest standards. Typical duties include: Ensure the security, safety, and day-to-day operation of buildings and grounds Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and general DIY tasks, including basic plumbing, decorating and minor building repairs Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance issues Complete regular health and safety inspections and compliance checks Manage and monitor contractors on site, ensuring adherence to Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Support Trust-wide estate projects, planned maintenance programmes, and site improvement works Provide cover and assistance across other Trust schools when required Make effective use of school holiday periods to complete larger maintenance and refurbishment projects We''re looking for someone who: Has previous experience in caretaking, facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role Possesses ..... full job details .....
