This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys hands-on support work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide both deskside and remote support, ensuring hardware, software, and network-related issues are resolved efficiently while delivering an exceptional end-user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide remote and deskside support to end users.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.Replace desktops, laptops, and monitors on a like-for-like basis to minimise downtime.Perform break-fix repairs on desktop and laptop equipment.Carry out IMAC activities (Installs, Moves, Adds and Changes).Manage and complete assigned support tickets within agreed service levels.Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.Install and configure network printers and end-user devices.Escalate complex incidents where appropriate and keep users updated throughout.Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records.Support IT projects and other tasks as directed by the wider IT team.Adhere to company security, compliance, and health and safety procedures.Skills and ExperienceEssentialMinimum 2 ..... full job details .....
