As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Support children''s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Carry out observations and contribute to children''s learning journeys.
• Work closely with the wider nursery team to provide high-quality care.

The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:

• A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
