Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a chef who is eager to develop their skills and progress their career within a supportive, hands-on environment.

You will take ownership of a section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality, supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
• Manage a designated section of the kitchen efficiently
• Assist in menu preparation
• Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Work collaboratively with the Head Chef/Owner
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas

Key Skills & Experience

Essential Skills

• Basic to intermediate cooking skills
• Good understanding of food hygiene (Level 2 Food Safety)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good time management and organisational ability
• Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
• Ability to work alone on occasions

Desirable Skills

• Experience in a caf-, brunch, or casual dining environment
• Basic stock control and ordering experience

Working days: 5 in 7 Days per week (Usually Tue to Sat)

Hours: 7am to 3.30 each day
