This is a long-term, stable opportunity with a business that invests heavily in its people, equipment, and future growth.The Role Mechanical fitting and maintenance across multiple sites in the North WestSites are located close together, minimising travelHome-based role with travel directly to site45-hour working week (40 hours on site, 5 hours travel)Strong mechanical bias with some electrical and welding work Mechanical Responsibilities Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)Reactive maintenance and breakdownsMechanical fault finding and repairsStrip downs and rebuilds of machinery and plantMechanical installations and removalsWelding duties including MIG, TIG, and StickSupporting basic electrical work where required Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Mechanical FitterStrong mechanical background with basic electrical knowledgeWelding experience (MIG / TIG / Stick)Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenanceFull UK driving licenceComfortable covering multiple local sites Package and Benefits Salary: £55,000 £60,000 (depending on experience)25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany van provided (can be taken home)Flexible working hoursHome-based roleSecure position with a stable and growing employer This role would suit an experienced Mechanical Fitter lo
