Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Group Technology team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will help develop, support and enhance our business systems using .NET technologies and SQL Server.We offer a hybrid working arrangement with one or two days per week in our Milton Keynes office.Key Responsibilities:Be up to date regarding best practices in software development and deploymentImplement best practice coding in relation to development coding standardsUse operational data to improve the stability and performance of the applicationsMaintain documentation and release notesHave awareness of application security considerationsIdentify dependencies across the organization and work with teams to resolve them before they become an issue, and install preventative measures to mitigate repeat occurrencesEffectively handle risk, change, and uncertainty across the organizationWork alone or alongside other Software Engineers on projects where necessaryCreate secure and high performing n-tier applications utilising best practices in the development of database applications using SQLContribute to improve the overall processes and methodologies followed by the wider teamDesign and develop commercial/enterprise web applicationsEnsure application performance, quality, and responsivenessWork with all teams to recommend solutions that are in accordance with accepted testing frameworksExperience and Skills Required:Strong C# skillsMo
