I am reaching out to you as I have had an exciting role come up for a Contract Surveyor to cover the Cheltenham patch for a well-respected social housing organisation. This role will be 6 months temporary with flexible working patterns. Job title: Contract SurveyorContract: 6 months paid through umbrellaLocation: CheltenhamRate: 30-32 an hourResponsibilities of the Contract Surveyor:To plan, administer and deliver a high quality planned maintenance service and through robust delivery of planned maintenance projectsManage EWI Contracts To ensure projects are delivered with a strong quality and customer focus. Manage and report on budgets and KPI performance.Undertake full Contract Administration duties, including financial control, quality control, contract certification, monitoring and reporting on progress ensuring delivery of a professional and high-quality service.To collate and report on contract progress and performance (KPIs).
