The Head of Reward will lead operational reward activity within region as well as drive forward reward strategy aligned to business goalsClient DetailsThe client is a well-established global organisation.DescriptionDevelop and implement reward strategies within assigned region that align with organisational objectives.Oversee the management of compensation and benefits programmes.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure reward policies support talent retention and attraction.Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive reward offerings.Provide expert advice on reward-related matters to HR and business leaders.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.Lead on EU Pay Transparency Directive projectManage relationships with external suppliers and reward service providers.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes and make recommendations for improvement.ProfileA successful Head of Reward should have:Proven track record operating at Senior level within total reward within large, complex organisationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.Experience collaborating with senior leaders to develop and execute reward strategies.A thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the field of rewards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within European or Global remits Job OfferCompetitive salary plus car allowanceBo
