The Role You will be responsible for producing detailed estimates and specifications across a varied portfolio of commercial projects ranging from £50k to £10m. Working closely with internal design teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you will help shape competitive and deliverable Design and Build proposals. Key responsibilities include: Producing accurate and analytical cost estimates for tender submissions Preparing detailed Specifications of Work from drawings, design information, and consultant input Carrying out site surveys and identifying risks, gaps, and outstanding information Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms Negotiating with supply chain partners to ensure best value and maintain competitiveness Working closely with Design Managers and Contract Managers on method statements and programmes Supporting tender evaluations and contributing to successful bid strategies What We re Looking For Proven experience as an Estimator within construction - commercial fit out experience would be a huge added bonus Strong understanding of Design and Build procurement Ability to price projects accurately across multiple workstreams Confident communicat
