This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to quickly understand the nuances of our products and services.Providing a first-rate customer experience when customers contact us is all part of our mission to be the best tenancy deposit scheme in the business, and your exceptional customer service skills will help us achieve this goal. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Deliver exceptional customer service by providing clear, accurate, and timely responses Accurately log and categorise enquiries to help us gather valuable insight into why customers contact us Stay up to date with TDS products, services, and processes to off
