Electrician (Voids and Maintenance) Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Company Van Location: Eastleigh and surrounding areas Hours: 40 hours per week Type: Full Time, Permanent The Role We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join a busy Voids and Property Maintenance team covering Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. Working across vacant residential properties, you will be responsible for ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants. No two properties are the same, offering a diverse range of work including inspections, testing, fault finding, repairs, upgrades, and installations.
