Job Purpose: The Face-to-Face Private Sites Manager manages the performance, development and day-to-day delivery of MSF UK''s Face-to-Face (F2F) programme across Private Sites, ensuring all activity is delivered to a high standard and in line with programme expectations. The postholder has responsibility in their substantive role for coaching and development of the Private Sites team. During this role, the postholder will take on additional responsibility for line management, team performance, and operational delivery standards across Private Sites. This includes monitoring and managing individual and team performance, conducting reviews, implementing performance improvement plans, and ensuring consistent delivery against agreed targets and quality standards.
