Lead targeted retail improvement and excellence projects ranging from regional/market to specific store level, including project prioritisation, analysis, development of recommendations, implementation and organisational change as well as success measurementDeliver impactful analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators to identify and solve meaningful challenges related to portfolio and store performanceDevelop and optimize standard processes and tools for in-store experience and operational execution in LEGO Brand Retail StoresForm a close relationship with Digital Product teams to support the ongoing digitalisation of in-store processes and toolsDrive key governance processes to ensure execution within concepts and guidelinesDevelop the retail excellence toolbox and foster a data-focused culture of performance improvement across the LEGO Branded Stores portfolioWhat we look for
Proven track record in developing and delivering retail improvement projects that benefit shopper and store staff experience and drive positive commercial impactStrong project and change management skills enabling independent project leadership and prioritisation of multiple tasksExperience working with digital teams and implementing digital products in a retail contextExperience in business insights and problem solving, with ability to perform in-depth analysis, visualise data, synthesise results and develop strong recommendationsExtensive senior stakeholder management experience with comfort challenging and offering a different perspectiveAbility to shift between abstract strategic discussions and operational details to drive a diverse project portfolioA commercial approach with a solid understanding of relevant systems and data platforms supporting a retail businessUp to 10% travel requiredWhat’s in it for you?
