Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured numeracy intervention sessions to identified students
• Support learners with gaps in foundational maths skills
• Monitor, track, and report on student progress
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff to align interventions with classroom learning
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment

• Strong numeracy skills and a good understanding of the secondary maths curriculum
• Experience working with young people (school-based or tutoring)
• The ability to build positive relationships and motivate students
• Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Maths, Education, or equivalent) is desirable
