The role is full time and site based for at least 4 days per week. Reporting to the Regional HR Director and being part of the site leadership team, the purpose of the role is to partner with leaders / managers and employees across the business regarding end to end employee relations, policies and procedures as well as new ways of working. We are looking for a hands on HR Manager who is used to providing generalist site support across production / manufacturing, engineering, quality as well as commercial / support functions. As part of the site leadership team, you will provide support to the site growth goals. The focus of the role is building site capability, supporting annual HR activities (e.g. performance calibration, annual compensation process and succession planning), end to end ER and coaching line managers, absence management as well as involvement and advising on change management initiatives.
