NEW HSE MANAGER JOB IN WHITSTABLE We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of HSE across a environment. Reporting directly to the Maintenance and Automation Manager, you will play a key role in developing a proactive health, safety and environmental culture, making sure the business stays compliant with regulations and keeps improving. Responsibilities as an HSE Manager in Whitstable Lead the development and implementation of a positive Health, Safety and Environmental culture, driving continuous improvement across the business. Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory health, safety, environmental and workplace welfare legislation. Manage and maintain ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / other certifications, keeping systems effective and compliant. Develop and monitor HSE targets, objectives and improvement programmes to improve performance and minimise environmental impact. Provide expert guidance, advice and support to leaders and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Chair and lead the Health and Safety Committee, encouraging employee engagement and promoting best practice.
