Greys Specialist Recruitment are recruiting for an established corporate solutions business seeking an experienced Sales Director to take ownership of its sales function and lead the team through its next stage of growth. This is a senior, management led position with responsibility for the performance and development of the existing sales team, alongside the wider direction of the sales function. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the sales strategy, maintaining performance and ensuring the team has the structure, accountability and direction to deliver. A key part of the role will be developing the existing sales team and creating the foundations for continued growth. You will also be instrumental in the recruitment, onboarding and development of new sales hires as the function grows, giving you the opportunity to shape the team and how it operates.
