The Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor will be seconded into one of the UK''s leading main contractors and supporting them deliver a planned increase in work across the project. The Opportunity Working within the civils and enabling works packages, you''ll support the planning, delivery and coordination of key programme workstreams as part of a wider integrated project team. These roles offer the chance to work on complex, high-value infrastructure packages on a high profile, major civil engineering project.You will be expected to attend the site in Suffolk, 2-3 days per week, so this role suits applicants living within a reasonable commuting distance or those willing to stay overnight.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministering NEC3 contracts confidently and accurately.Managing payments, change control processes and commercial reporting.Supporting commercial governance, forecasting and risk management activities.Working closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and programme requirements.Contributing to the smooth coordination of workstreams within the wider project structure.
