We''re working with a variety of supportive mainstream and specialist schools across Luton, all looking for dedicated, nurturing SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams and make a real difference.

• Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH

• Providing 1:1 and small group support in the classroom

• Helping children feel safe, included, and ready to learn

• Working closely with teachers, SENDCos and external professionals to support progress

• A calm, patient and caring approach

• Experience with SEN is great - but not essential

• A genuine interest in education and helping young people thrive

• A DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one

• Your own dedicated consultant who''ll get to know you and your goals

• Access to over 2,500 CPD-certified training courses via The National College
