Compliance Administrator17.00- 19.23 per hour Temporary ASAP Start Bond Street Hybrid Financial Services 9am-5pmA leading wealth management firm is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join their Operations team temporarily.The RoleYou will support a key project, working closely with the HR and Operations teams to review and accurately categorise a high volume of information.Key responsibilities will include:Reviewing approximately 20,000 emails against defined review criteriaAccurately tagging and categorising emailsIdentifying and recording key information and findingsMaintaining clear and accurate records throughout the review processPreparing reports summarising findings and key informationEnsuring all work is completed accurately, consistently and within agreed deadlinesHandling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretionWorking with internal stakeholders to clarify queries and ensure the review is completed to the required standardAbout YouPrevious experience within compliance, legal, company secretarial, EA/PA or detailed administrationExceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracyThe ability to process large volumes of information while maintaining consistencyStrong written communication skills, with the ability to summarise information clearlyExcellent organisational and time-management skillsA methodical and analytical approachThe ability to follow set criteria and identify relevant ..... full job details .....
