Key Responsibilities: Engineering Control Setting out from primary control and ensuring works are completed Right First Time Method Statements and Task Briefings Preparing key documents and ensuring workforce understanding Safety and Compliance Conducting on-site safety inspections, hazard identification, and ensuring adherence to safe systems of work Permit to Dig Assisting in preparation and briefing to teams Subcontractor Management Monitoring attendance, progress, and providing direct instruction as required Quality Assurance Managing quality on-site and resolving issues or escalating where necessary Documentation and Reporting Producing as-built records, accurate daily diaries, and maintaining essential site records About You: Experience as a Site Engineer on major highways or civil engineering projects Strong setting out and engineering control skills Understanding of health, safety, and quality requirements in civil engineering Excellent communication and subcontractor management abilities Proficiency in relevant surveying and CAD software This is a great opportunity to play a key role in a high-impact project and work with one of the industry''s leading contractors.
