To work on the shop floor carrying out a variety of general duties associated with the manufacturing of munitions within the Radway Green facility. The Operator is a key position in with the responsibility for the production of munitions on the shop floor, carrying out a variety of tasks in any of the areas of Capping, Loading, Gauging and Packing. It could also include support functions such as Stencilling, Strapbanding and Auditing. The job involves the ability to operate a variety of equipment from machinery to various hand packing and auditing tasks.
