Workday Integration Specialist - 6 Month Contract
Spencer Rose have partnered with a leading financial services and banking organisation who are seeking a Workday Financials Integration Specialist to support pre and post go-live activities. 6 month contract, Outside IR35, ASAP start. Central London. START ASAP6 month contractOutside IR35Central London - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office) The role will focus on enhancing and stabilising the Workday ERP environment to ensure it is fully fit for purpose, while supporting the transition into business-as-usual operations. Key Responsibilities: Support pre and post go-live stabilisation of Workday Financials, focusing on integrations and system performance Design and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across upstream and downstream systems Work closely with business and technical teams to prioritise and deliver improvements Upskill and support the Support team to manage BAU activities independently Assist with testing, including UAT and regression testing for ongoing changes Key Skills andamp; Experience: Proven experience with Workday Financials integrations (eg Studio, EIB, Core Connectors) Strong understanding of post go-live support and ERP stabilisation Experience working within financial services environments Ability to engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
