With that in mind, we are setting up a new team who will have responsibility for monitoring substantive orders imposed by a practice committee, to ensure compliance with the order and manage the risk of any non-compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in shaping new ways of working and being responsible for delivering new processes. The Paralegal-Substantive Review will manage a caseload of substantive review cases, proactively monitoring compliance with orders imposed by practice committees and taking action where information may indicate orders are not being complied with. This role will work closely with lawyers to ensure relevant information is presented at review hearings and that robust submissions are made to panels and will be responsible for communicating and engaging with registrants and their representatives after a hearing, supporting them to comply with their order and providing excellent customer service throughout the post-hearing process.
