This particular vacancy is to be based at one of their sites in North Manchester, a secondary school where you will work alongside the Network Manager. Your new role Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to the secondary school, based on site 5 days a week, supporting staff and pupils From a technical perspective, you will set up and install new equipment, software, hardware, upgrades and components, work with laptops, interactive whiteboards and sound systems, providing direct support to staff and pupils. You will be responsible for maintaining standard network cabling, performing basic diagnostics and supporting the trust with their cloud platforms. You will work closely with the Network Manager on site, as well as with the wider central IT team
