Whether you already have school-based experience or have supported children in another setting, we''d love to hear from you. The Role You''ll provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and successfully participate in school life. You may be supporting pupils with: Autism (ASD) ADHD Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Moderate Learning DifficultiesOther additional learning needs Support may be on a 1:1 basis or within small intervention groups, working closely with class teachers and SENDCOs.
