This is an excellent opportunity to be the commercial lead on a wide portfolio of projects covering the healthcare, defence, government, aviation, industrial and infrastructure sectors.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial function across multiple MandE projects and programmesDevelop and implement regional commercial strategies aligned with business objectivesManage revenue, margin, cash flow and cost control performanceReview project budgets, forecasts, cost value reconciliations and final accountsManage variations, claims and contractual entitlementsSupport major tenders and negotiated opportunities from pre-construction through to deliveryReview contract terms, commercial risks and project risk profilesLead dispute resolution and commercial negotiations with clients and supply chain partnersBuild and develop a high-performing commercial teamWork closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to support successful project delivery and sustainable growthJob Requirements:Significant experience in a senior commercial leadership role within an MandE installation or engineering organisationStrong background in quantity surveying and commercial managementExperience managing commercial performance across a regional project portfolioStrong understanding of JCT and NEC ..... full job details .....
