Position: Gluer Machine OperatorSalary: 16.00 - 20.00 per hour (Permanent Contract)Location: St NeotsProactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Gluer Machine Operator to begin work for a leading manufacturing and production business based in St. Neots. Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Machine Operator to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the site''s function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.ResponsibilitiesSetting up and operating relevant machinery.Safe operation of process machinery, including safety features, emergency stops, lock-out systems and safe systems of work. Proactively identify and report any potential machine or process issues to the Production Manager.Maintain a thorough understanding of corrugated material types and specifications to identify and address material-related issues.Take responsibility for the effective supervision and coordination of assistants, feeders, stackers and packers.Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment within the process area in accordance with 5S standards.Beneficial:Minimum of 1 years experience.Experience in gluing 4 corner, bookwraps, crash lock cartons and corrugated envelopesWorking HoursMonday - Friay (6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm) Rotational shifts. 16.00 - 20.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)If you are interested in this position, please apply with a copy of your CV and a ..... full job details .....
