Description

• Manage the CEO''s calendar, scheduling and prioritising meetings effectively.
• Work closely with his various businesses including his charitable foundation and work
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
• Handle sensitive correspondence and communications with professionalism.
• Prepare agendas, reports and presentations for meetings.
• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Organise and maintain confidential files and records.
• Assist with project management and follow up on key tasks.
• Support other administrative tasks as required by the CEO.

Profile

A successful EA to CEO should have:

• Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
