You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and supporting the end-to-end order process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a busy commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
• Handling order queries, delivery updates, returns and complaints
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system
• Supporting account management activities and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience
• Liaising with internal teams including logistics, purchasing and operations
• Monitoring order status and providing customers with timely updates
• Using internal systems to track orders, resolve issues and support service delivery

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Confident using CRM or ERP systems
