Day-to-day of the role:Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, and executries.Provide high-quality legal advice and maintain strong working knowledge of relevant law.Engage in client-facing activities, ensuring clients'' interests are always at the forefront.Communicate effectively with clients and staff, establishing good rapport.Pursue professional development opportunities, such as becoming a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), with course funding available. Required Skills and Qualifications:2 to 6 years PQE in private client law although all levels of experience will be consideredStrong experience in handling wills, powers of attorney, and executries.Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.Ideally a qualified member of STEP or willing to undertake the qualification.Ability to work with minimum supervision and a high degree of computer literacy.
