Pastoral ManagerPay scale: £40,182 - £42,060 FTEDisclosure level: Enhanced DBS with barred adult and child listsContract: Term Time plus 5 days (46.07 wks)Job overviewWe are seeking an experienced and committed Pastoral Manager to lead our Reflection Room provision and play a key role in maintaining high standards of behaviour, inclusion and student support.You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Reflection Room, ensuring a calm, purposeful environment where students can reflect on their behaviour, engage in meaningful learning and successfully reintegrate into mainstream lessons.
