We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide trusted, high-level support to the CEO and CFO of a well-established, creative brand. This role sits at the centre of the organisation and plays a critical part in enabling senior leaders to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.Working closely with the CEO and CFO, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate senior-level meetings, and act as a key point of contact across the business. You''ll have visibility across all areas of the organisation, helping to ensure priorities are well managed and leadership time is used to maximum effect.Key responsibilities:Managing busy and constantly changing diariesOrganising and supporting leadership meetings, including agendas, notes, actions, and follow-upUsing AI tools to streamline meeting administration and improve ways of workingCoordinating domestic and international travel and overseeing associated budgetsProcessing expenses and handling administrative approvals for senior leadersSupporting team planning activities, including leave coordination and recognition initiativesPreparing and consolidating materials for company-wide leadership communicationsWorking with People teams and external partners to support executive-level recruitment activityExperience and skills required:Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders/ C-suite executives in a dynamic environmentExceptional organisation skills with strong attention to detailConfident, professional c
