This is a very interesting opportunity for a litigation solicitor to join the public law disputes team at this recognised practice in Bristol. This team works to provide advice regarding disputes and claims involving public bodies.

Within this team, you''ll work with a variable client base, dealing with a range of disputes which includes Education Disputes, Judicial Review, Procurement Disputes, Charities Disputes, and Civil Regulatory Disputes.

The matters you''ll work on will include judicial review, SEND Tribunal Claims, challenging Government decisions, and public procurement disputes.

The ideal candidate will:Be ideally over 5 years PQEHave experience in dealing with public disputes, SEND work and Tribunals, High Court Litigation, and/or judicial reviewBe active when it comes to business developmentBe able to be mobile, due to the national nature of this client work
