This is a true Business Partnering position, working closely with senior leaders to understand business priorities and turn them into effective people plans. You ll influence decisions across organisational change, workforce planning, performance, talent and leadership capability so a fantastic opportunity to put your skills and experience to great use in a position with a lot of autonomy.
