We are looking to recruit a number of experienced policy professionals to support our policy development at Policy Manager and Policy Associate level. This advert relates to the Policy Manager role. These policy roles, part of our Consumer Policy Directorate, will support work in evolving and high-profile areas of work, including addressing serious issues in the high-volume consumer claims market. The Policy Manager role The Policy Manager role is a senior role which carries significant responsibilities. We are looking for policy experts who thrive on juggling competing priorities and are able to lead policy development in areas outside of their expertise. In the role of Policy Manager, you will lead the development, delivery and implementation of key policies likely to improve the legal services market in England and Wales. The work will be diverse and fast paced and often high profile. From considering how our regulation can promote access to justice for different people and businesses, to helping to develop and implement our policy positions on high-volume consumer claims, making sure our requirements strike the right balance between minimising regulatory burdens, while protecting consumers from harm.
