Small class sizes and a nurturing environment allow staff to provide personalised learning, while consistency and clear routines help pupils thrive.The RoleWe are seeking a confident, flexible teacher to provide full-time cover within a Year 5-6 class. You''ll be leading small groups, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and ensuring pupils remain engaged, supported, and on track with their learning. Working closely with teaching assistants and the wider team, you''ll help to create a calm, structured classroom where pupils can succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach and support Year 5-6 pupils with autism in the absence of their class teacher.Deliver planned lessons and adapt activities where needed to meet individual needs.Manage behaviour positively and in line with the school''s approaches.Collaborate with support staff to build independence and encourage positive engagement.Report progress, concerns, or issues to senior staff as appropriate.What We''re Looking ForQualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching experience in primary or SEN.Experience supporting pupils with
