Reporting to the Aftersales Director, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the Aftersales operation. You should have extensive experience in Aftersales, either working in a multi-site environment or a single site, with excellent communication, organizational skills, strong leadership, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
Focus on the growth and development of Aftersales for Group 1 UK, especially in the franchise division(s)
Ensure all Aftersales departments provide excellent customer experiences aligned with OEM and group standards
Support stores in achieving financial targets, process improvements, customer satisfaction, and team development
Work with stores to ensure high customer experience scores across OEM metrics, online reviews, and complaint resolution
Collaborate with OEM and manage all key aftersales functions under the guidance of the Aftersales Director
Lead onsite teams with regular performance reviews and coaching
Support, train, and coach teams to meet standards regarding processes, customer journeys, and system use

Experience in the automotive industry
Applications welcomed from existing General Managers / Heads of Business with an Aftersales background
Multi-site experience or extensive aftersales experience in automotive retail
Ability to influence, motivate, and manage teams effectively
Methodical and logical approach to workload management
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
