Property Project Manager Location: Doncaster (Hybrid options available) Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a large international company looking to recruit a Property Project Manager to join its property team. This role will lead a range of construction and property improvement projects across a diverse UK portfolio, working closely with internal operational teams and external partners. The successful candidate will manage projects end-to-end, driving efficiency, improving governance, and supporting continuous improvement across the estate. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver property and construction projects from inception to completionDefine project scope, timelines and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teamsAct as the key interface between internal stakeholders including operations, safety, sales and legalManage external consultants and contractors (e.g. quantity surveyors, architects and engineers)Drive change initiatives to improve governance, control and operational efficiencyMaintain accurate project documentation, controls and reportingIdentify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement About You: Proven experience in project management within property, construction or a related environmentStrong understanding of governance, risk management and control frameworksWorking knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and Health and Safety legislation, including CDM RegulationsKnowledge of property procurement routes and best practiceExcellent co
