This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the procurement of quality materials and services essential to the successful delivery of construction projects.Job Duties Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms for materials and services required for construction projects.Manage purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance for reporting purposes.Work closely with project managers and site teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely delivery to meet project schedules.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.Ensure all purchased materials meet quality standards and specifications in line with project requirements.
