The Opportunity: As a Finance and Reporting Administrator, you''ll play a key role in: Managing supplier commissions, invoicing, payments and resolving discrepancies. Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage, including processing debits, credits and bank reconciliations. Updating client databases, ensuring pricing changes and information are recorded accurately. Preparing weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, financial results, budgets and key business information. Supporting the team with financial queries and identifying opportunities to improve processes, including the use of AI technology.
