The Role - Behaviour Support Worker
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work closely with students on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting their behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning. The successful Behaviour Support Worker will help implement behaviour strategies, support de-escalation, and provide a consistent and structured approach to learning. You will work alongside teachers, pastoral teams, and external professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed. Strong behaviour management skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for this role.
