As the Lead Engineer, you ll play a key role in managing maintenance delivery, supporting compliance, and leading a multi-skilled engineering team to ensure high standards across the site. The Role As the Lead Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting a multi-skilled Hard FM engineering team Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance across MandE systems Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining audit readiness Managing subcontractors and supporting service delivery standards Driving operational performance and continuous improvement across the site This is a Monday to Friday position, working 40 hours per week within a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
