SOUS CHEF HENLEY ON THAMES 15.13 PER HOUR 30 HOURS A WEEK MON-FRI Our client is an award-winning company specialising in delivering high-quality service and fresh food to high-end clients. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chef Manager with a passion for food to oversee site operations. The ideal candidate will be good with people, prepared to work hard in a busy environment, and supportive of colleagues. An interest in different ingredients and food trends is important. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook freshly made food to a high standard. Ensure every plate of food is presented beautifully and meets our quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food hygiene, allergens, and health and safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with a small team, demonstrating excellent communication and people skills. Stay updated on menu items and contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and proven experience in a similar role. Passion for freshly made food and a keen interest in culinary trends.
