The Opportunity

I am in collaboration with my client looking for an experienced hands-on full-time Cleaning Operations Support professional to work at their London N11 head Office. The hours for the role are 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday with some out of hours support remotely. Candidates must be used to working under pressure and to deadlines, be experienced in the use of technology across multiple platforms, possess good communication skills when liaising with staff and clients, be dedicated and have an eye for detail as the client delivers the highest standards across all their service provision

Key Responsibilities

• To effectively support and ensure the smooth running of the field based operational team
• Responsible for managing the cleaning on multiple client sites across the region
• Ensuring the highest quality standards are met whilst delivering to specification and working within agreed budgets, company policies and procedures.
• This role plays a major role in providing excellent customer service ensuring that all client requests are responded to and addressed promptly, professionally and efficiently and any complaints are responded to in a timely manner by taking ownership to a satisfactory conclusion or escalating to the next level if required.

About You

• Speed in accuracy in data input
• Be detail-oriented.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to carry out duties with a high degree of accuracy.
• Receive and process requests in a timely manner.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Work to strict deadlines
• -The role would suit an individual with experience in a similar role within Cleaning or Facilities Management
• Possess strong organisation skill
• Be an excellent communicator
• Have an eye for detail and the determination to succeed in an exciting and challenging role.
• A second language either Spanish or Portuguese would be would be an advantage although not essential for the role:

Salary Circa -30k per annum
