We promote the very best of Yorkshire with the meat being sourced from our award winning on-site butchery.We are now looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our busy team.Main responsibilities:To ensure that working areas, working utensils such as carving boards, blenders, cutters, pots and pans etc are cleaned and sanitised as per company hygiene standardsTo soak, prewash and wash all food and beverage operating equipmentTo distribute clean equipment to assigned shelvingTo clean and mop the kitchen floor when requiredTo change rubbish bag and ensure rubbish is disposed of in the appropriate mannerTo clean any food and beverage back of house areasTo be responsible for the correct use of detergents and chemicalsHelp receive deliveries and store food items accordinglyTo support chefs with basic food prepTo ensure deep clean and basic cleaning jobs are completed to standardBenefits:Auto Enrolment Pension SchemeStaff Dis
