VIP / White Glove - Desktop Support - Hedge Fund
Our client is recruiting a VIP Desktop Engineer to support prestigious Hedge Fund and Asset and Wealth Management clients.Candidates must have proven VIP / white-glove support experience within a legal or financial services environment.Role Overview:Providing VIP deskside support to Traders and senior stakeholders via phone and in person.Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, with a focus on first-time fixesEscalating complex issues with clear and detailed documentationDelivering a high standard of customer service to internal users and external partnersTechnical Skills Required:Windows 11Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)Active Directory (user admin, permissions)Citrix / Terminal ServicesVPN and network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Hardware build, imaging and troubleshootingPrinter and peripheral supportExperience:2+ years'' recent VIP support within legal or financial servicesStrong experience in corporate environmentsThis role would suit someone looking to build a long-term career while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and projects.Etech Partners needs to collect and use your personal information when you apply for a role.
