This business operates within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sphere with a focus on innovation and partnership with leading clinical healthcare organisations. Based in London''s West End, they have recognised a need for an Executive Assistant to them on an interim part-time basis (25 hours across 5 days).


Your new role
As an Executive Assistant within the business, the position will include the following:

• Diary management for 2 C-Suite members
• Inbox management / gatekeeping - act as a point of contract for enquiries from external sources including the management of incoming comms and redirecting to the appropriate person(s) or responding on behalf of Exec.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Organise travel/accommodation requirements on behalf of the Exec including liaising with Finance to process expense claims.
• Provide cover for EA colleagues in their absence, as required.

What you''ll need to succeed
Prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant is a necessity for this position. Experience within the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
